Job Description
We are hiring Female Telecaller with 1 Year+ of Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales, Marketing Department. (Healthcare Experience preferred)
Job Responsibility of Telecaller:-
As a Telecaller, you are responsible for making cold calls to new, and existing customers. Ask questions to understand customer requirements, and Enter the updated customer information in the database. also, Noting important details of each conversation.
Requirements:
- 1 Years+ Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
