Female Physiotherapist Strength-Based Rehab Clinic
Job Description
Let’s be honest… not every physio role is created equal.
If you’re feeling like your current role is:
repetitive 20-min consults
heavy on manual therapy with limited long-term outcomes
or lacking a structured, supportive team environment
…this might be something refreshingly different.
About the Role
We’re partnering with a highly regarded, structured rehabilitation clinic in Melbourne’s southeast that blends clinical physiotherapy with evidence-based strength training.
This is not your typical private practice.
You’ll be working in a clinical gym-style environment, where rehab is driven by:
movement
strength
measurable outcomes
You’ll manage your own caseload while working closely within a multidisciplinary team.
️️ What Your Day Will Look Like
Conducting initial assessments & treatment planning
Delivering exercise-based rehabilitation programs
Guiding patients through structured sessions on the floor
Supporting long-term outcomes (not just quick fixes)
Collaborating with a team of clinicians in a highly supportive setting
Expect a mix of consults + time spent actively working with patients in a rehab space.
About You
We’re looking for a female physiotherapist who is:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience
Confident working independently
Passionate about exercise-based rehab & patient outcomes
Comfortable working in a more active, gym-style clinical setting
A strong communicator who enjoys building long-term patient relationships
Why This Role Stands Out
Structured onboarding & ongoing training
Supportive, team-based environment
Focus on quality over quantity
Long-term patient engagement
Clear clinical systems & pathways to follow
Ideal for physios who want to move away from purely hands-on treatment and into a more modern, strength-focused model.
Package
Competitive salary (based on experience)
Stable, salaried position
Support for professional development
