Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers and generate leads that can lead to sales.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Conduct Outbound Calls**: You will make calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our offerings, helping to broaden our customer base.- **Engage with Customers**: Create engaging conversations to understand customer needs, answer queries, and encourage interest in our products.- **Maintain Customer Records**: Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help track sales processes and improve marketing strategies.- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Work towards meeting monthly sales goals by following up leads and closing deals, contributing to the company's overall success.- **Provide Product Information**: Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.**Required Skills and Expectations:**You should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to engage effectively with customers. A friendly and persuasive personality will help you connect with potential clients. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are important for managing customer information.
