We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team.
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our products/services,
and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, promote our services, and generate leads.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
Follow up on leads and queries to convert them into sales.
Achieve individual and team targets.
Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction during each interaction.
Requirements:
Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
