Experience Required
2 to 3 years of experience in HR roles (Strong Communication Skills).
Job Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation programs.
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee benefits administration.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that promote a positive work culture.
• Address employee grievances and provide solutions in a professional manner.
• Organize training and development sessions to enhance employee skills.
• Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.
Skills Required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
