F&B Waiter
Job Description
The F&B Waiter is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, maintaining service standards, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and ****** them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and beverages as per standard service procedures
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints politely and escalate if required
• Clear tables and reset for the next guests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines
Skills & Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused attitude
• Team player with a positive approach
• Basic English speaking skills (preferred)
Qualifications:
• Minimum HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in F&B service (freshers can apply)
