Organizing workshops and seminars on career planning, study skills, and industry trends. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the fashion industry to provide accurate advice. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Fashion Design, or a related field. Master's preferred. Experience in academic counselling or student services, preferably in a higher education setting related to fashion. Strong understanding of educational planning and career development principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Empathetic listener and motivational advisor.
