We’re Hiring | Fashion Designer & Operations executive
Reela by Vani & Varnika
Reela is a growing Indo-Western clothing brand and we’re looking for a hands-on, self-driven designer who can own garments end-to-end — from concept to final QC.
This is a startup role, not a desk-only design position.

What You’ll Do
• Design Indo-Western / Indian occasionwear aligned with the Reela aesthetic
• Develop styles, silhouettes, and variations independently
• Prepare clear design briefs (sketches, measurements, fabrics)
• Coordinate sampling & follow-ups with vendors and tailors
• Handle complete garment QC before dispatch
• Assist with fittings, shoots, exhibitions & styling when required

QC Responsibility (Non-Negotiable)
You will be responsible for full garment QC, including:
• Stitch quality & seam strength
• Fit & measurement accuracy
• Symmetry & finishing
• Fabric defects & overall presentation
• Ensuring garments are showroom-ready
