Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Design seasonal and trend-focused men's wear collections.
• Research current and upcoming fashion trends, colors, fabrics, prints, and silhouettes.
• Create detailed tech packs with garment specifications, measurements, construction details, trims, and artwork.
• Select suitable fabrics, trims, and accessories based on design requirements.
• Develop mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts for each collection.
• Coordinate with fabric suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers for sample development and production.
• Review and approve samples, ensuring fit, quality, and design accuracy.
• Work closely with the merchandising and production teams to ensure timely product development.
• Conduct garment fit sessions and recommend improvements for better fit and comfort.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
• Ensure all designs align with The Bargain Street's brand identity and quality standards.
