This opportunity is ideal for candidates willing to relocate to Bangladesh and grow within a multinational apparel manufacturing environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Fashion Research & Trend ForecastingResearch global fashion trends, colors, fabrics, silhouettes, and seasonal inspirationsMonitor competitor products and emerging market trendsDevelop creative concepts aligned with international buyer expectationsDesign & Product DevelopmentLead the design and development process for Ladies Casual Wear Woven categoryPrepare mood boards, sketches, tech packs, and design presentationsDevelop innovative and commercially viable product conceptsFabric & Material CoordinationSource suitable fabrics, trims, washes, and embellishment ideasEnsure product designs align with garment construction and fabric capabilitiesCross Functional CoordinationWork closely with merchandising, sampling, and production teams for smooth executionCoordinate with buyers and internal stakeholders on product development requirementsEnsure timely completion of seasonal collections and sample submissionsPRE - REQUISITES:Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related fieldMaximum 5 years of experience in fashion/apparel designingStrong experience in Ladies Casual Wear Woven designingGood knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and fashion trendsProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or related design softwareStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced apparel manufacturing environment
