Fashion Designer – Ladies Casual Wear (Woven)

Design & Product Development
• Lead the design and development process for Ladies Casual Wear – Woven category
• Prepare mood boards, sketches, tech packs, and design presentations
• Develop innovative and commercially viable product concepts
Fabric & Material Coordination
• Source suitable fabrics, trims, washes, and embellishment ideas
• Ensure product designs align with garment construction and fabric capabilities
Cross Functional Coordination
• Work closely with merchandising, sampling, and production teams for smooth execution
• Coordinate with buyers and internal stakeholders on product development requirements
• Ensure timely completion of seasonal collections and sample submissions
PRE - REQUISITES:
• Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field
• Maximum 5 years of experience in fashion/apparel designing
• Strong experience in Ladies Casual Wear – Woven designing
• Good knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and fashion trends
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or related design software
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced apparel manufacturing
