The role involves conceptualizing collections, collaborating with traditional artisans, and sourcing materials for high-quality production. You will manage the design process from trend research through to product sampling and photoshoot styling. This position requires a blend of traditional craftsmanship appreciation and contemporary design aesthetics. Must have: Conceptualize, design, and style ethnic wear collections; Collaborate with artisans and weavers to develop new designs; Source fabrics, trims, and materials; Plan and curate collections based on seasonal trends; Ensure high standards of quality in craftsmanship and fit; Conduct trend research on ethnic wear and handloom products.
