Job Description

• Strong understanding of Indian textiles, couture construction, garment finishing, and luxury fabrication.
• Extensive knowledge of embroidery techniques including zardozi, aari, dabka, sequins, threadwork, appliqué, and contemporary embellishment methods.
• Experience sourcing premium fabrics, trims, and embroidery materials.
• Strong production knowledge with the ability to coordinate effectively with karigars, vendors, and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Excellent aesthetic judgment with a meticulous eye for proportion, detail, colour, and finish.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple design and production timelines simultaneously.
