Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Jaipur. The Fashion Designer will conceptualize and develop seasonless collections aligned with Kasya.ins brand aesthetics, from initial sketches to final samples. Daily responsibilities include creating design concepts, selecting textiles and trims, developing embroidery and surface design details, and collaborating with pattern makers and tailors to achieve precise fits. The role involves conducting market and trend research, preparing technical specifications, participating in fittings, and ensuring quality and consistency across all garments. The designer will work closely with the creative and production teams to meet timelines and maintain high design standards.
Qualifications
• Strong Fashion Design and Fashion skills, including concept development and collection planning.
• Knowledge of Textiles and Embroidery for creating high-quality, detailed garments.
• Experience with Fitting and garment construction to ensure comfort, precision, and durability.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Illustrator, CAD, or similar) and creating technical drawings.
• Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and understanding of contemporary and classic styles.
