Role Description The Retail Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing interior design solutions for retail spaces, ensuring they are functional, visually compelling, and aligned with brand identity. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, creating mood boards, developing design presentations, coordinating FF&E selections, and preparing construction drawings in collaboration with architects and project teams. The role involves site visits, coordination with contractors and vendors, and monitoring execution to maintain design quality, timelines, and budgets. The designer will also support client meetings, refine design concepts based on feedback, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications


Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning for retail environments.
Candidates should possess relevant knowledge of Architecture and the ability to collaborate on integrated design solutions.
Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and reading Construction Drawings and detailing for execution.
Candidates should possess experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination for retail projects.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
Strong visual communication skills, including presentation, material board creation, and 3D visualization, are beneficial.
Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and work on-site in New Delhi
