The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative and functional childrens wear collections. Day-to-day tasks include market research, designing, selecting suitable textiles, coordinating fittings, enhancing designs with embroidery printing techniques,making techpacks and collaborating with production teams to ensure high quality and style consistency. The designer will stay updated on market trends and incorporate them into unique, creative designs tailored for the childrens fashion market.QualificationsStrong skills in Fashion Design and a keen understanding of childrens clothing trendsKnowledge and experience in Textiles and material selectionExpertise in Embroidery and design detailingExperience with Fitting processes and tailoring for childrenCreativity, a passion for childrens fashion, and impeccable attention to detailAbility to work in a collaborative, on-site team environmentProficiency in design software is a plusBachelors degree or equivalent in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field
