Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Design innovative and marketable collections of men's shirts.
• Research fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to develop new concepts.
• Create pattern and CADs.
• Develop seasonal collections.
• Select suitable fabrics, trims, accessories, prints, embroidery, washes, and finishes.
• Work closely with the merchandising, sourcing, sampling, and production teams to develop prototypes and final products.
• Review sample garments and recommend improvements in fit, construction, quality, and styling.
• Coordinate with Jobworker and factories during product development.
• Maintain design documentation, tech packs, and product specifications.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
