Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on fashion design concepts
• Teach sketching, pattern making, garment construction, and fabric knowledge
• Guide students in using design tools and software (if applicable)
• Provide hands-on training through projects, assignments, and live samples
• Help students develop creativity, styling sense, and design thinking
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and course modules
• Evaluate student performance through tests, practicals, and portfolio reviews
• Support students in building portfolios for jobs or freelance work
• Train students on current fashion trends, market demand, and industry standards
• Assist in fashion shows, exhibitions, or student projects
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and classroom engagement
• Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and placement support
