Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in New Delhi. The Fashion Consultant will provide personalized styling advice to clients, including outfit coordination, wardrobe planning, and recommendations aligned with current trends and individual preferences. The role includes advising on product selection, fabric, fit, and color combinations while maintaining deep familiarity with the brand’s offerings. The Fashion Consultant will greet and assist customers on the floor, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive experience for every client. Daily responsibilities also include supporting sales targets, managing visual presentation of merchandise, collaborating with team members on client outreach, and maintaining accurate customer feedback and styling notes.
Qualifications
• Strong Fashion Consulting skills with the ability to provide personalized styling, wardrobe advice, and trend-based recommendations.
• Solid Product Knowledge of fabrics, fits, colors, and brand assortments to guide clients toward suitable choices.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent Communication skills to actively listen, explain options clearly, and build trust with diverse clients.
• Customer Service experience, with a focus on creating an inclusive, respectful, and high-quality in-store experience.
• Sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and achieving individual and store targets.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, including weekends or peak retail hours as needed.
• Attention to detail, strong sense of style, and awareness of current fashion trends.
• Prior experience in fashion retail, styling, or image consulting is preferred but not strictly required.
• Comfort using basic point-of-sale systems and maintaining accurate client records.
