Hiring: Fashion Consultant & Team Leader – Fashion Retail

We are looking for experienced Fashion Consultants and Team Leaders to join our fashion retail team.

Role Details:
• Experience: 5–7 years
• Industry: Designer / Multi-designer / Couture / Prêt (Men’s & Women’s)

Note: Only candidates with experience in designer brands will be considered
• Salary: Up to ₹60,000 + Incentives
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Working Hours: * hours/day
• Week Off: Between Monday–Friday
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners or within 10–15 days preferred
• Location: Juhu, Santacruz, Kalaghoda and flora fountain.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and supervise store team
• Maintain weekly staff roster
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Resolve customer issues effectively
• Ensure smooth store operations & excellent customer experience
