Job Description
ANISHA EDUCATION SOCIETY'S CRIMSON ANISHA GLOBAL SCHOOL (CAGS), IS LOCATED AT UNDRI, NEAR NIBM ROAD CAMPUS, KADNAGAR, MOHAMMEDWADI PUNE 411 028
CAGS is Pune's fastest growing successful co-educational day school, and offers the CBSE and Cambridge International academic programs from Kindergarten to Grade 12. It is spread over acres of large green areas and offer a plethora of amenities to ensure holistic and all-round development of students.
The chosen person would be also required to manages daily maintenance of the landscape, lawns, gardens, plants, greenhouse, including supervising trash removal, removal of dead plants and area cleaning. He/She shall maintain sustainable methods of agriculture and organic farming. He/She will teach how to reduce the negative impact on the environment through crop nutrition, soil and water management. He/She will ensure manual workers can do their jobs in a safe environment. He/She manages the teams who keep the school campus & surrounding green areas neat and safe. He/She would be on morning/evening round to manage teams of workers who are pruning, clearing and planting. He/She ensures there is crane support when tree branches are obstructing traffic. He/She gets briefing on different tasks and spends most of the working day outdoors.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creates & monitors the syllabus and assessments schedule
- Ensure planned lessons are completed before the stipulated date for all units & assessments
- Conduct checks and review of student assessments for reliability and validity
- Follow-up f result analysis and reporting to Principal/Academic coordinator
- Practically train & involve the students into farming, growing of vegetables, nurturing plants & trees and showcasing the work of the students by way of an annual show.
• Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Agri-scientist / teacher
- B. Ed. Degree in Education or higher
- Thorough knowledge of teaching with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures
- Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and committed
- Creative and energetic
- Strong moral values and discipline
- Fluency in ENGLISH
- Teaching Experience : 1 year preferred
• Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month School Time : 8 am to 4 pm Mondays to Saturdays.
• Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
