About Law Learning Bench:
Law Learning Bench is a legal education and training platform committed to bridging the gap between theoretical legal education and real-world practice. We deliver structured, skill-based training through live sessions, recorded modules, and e-learning programs, guided by judges, senior advocates, and top legal professionals.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-organized and legally proficient Faculty to manage the development of training modules and content in collaboration with consultants, senior advocates, judges, lecturers, and academic experts. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of content development, ensuring timely execution and maintaining high standards of legal accuracy and learner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with legal experts (judges, senior advocates, professors) for content inputs, live sessions, case studies, and recorded lectures.
• Maintain a content calendar for all training modules — scheduling recordings, interviews, and reviews.
• Collect, structure, and organize legal materials and ensure consistency in training content across different formats (live, video, e-learning).
• Manage internal and external communications to track deliverables and updates from contributors and collaborators.
• Assist in editing, formatting, and reviewing scripts and training notes to ensure legal clarity and instructional flow.
• Support the media/design team in aligning visual content with instructional goals.
• Monitor legal trends to propose relevant new topics and modules for development.
• Ensure all modules meet platform quality standards and training objectives.Preferred Experience: Working with online learning platforms or law education companies.
• Strong understanding of legal subjects and court procedure in India.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and training objectives simultaneously.
• Familiarity with legal ed-tech platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Trello, etc.) is a plus.
