Factory Labourer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Helper to join our production team. The Factory Helper will support daily manufacturing operations by performing general labor tasks, assisting machine operators, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient workflow on the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist machine operators and production workers with daily tasks.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
Sort, pack, and label products according to company standards.
Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Support inventory counts and material handling when required.
Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
