Factory HR

Job Description -

• Offer employee support to each staff member.

• Ensure Manpower supply as per the factory needs.

• Get in touch with contractors to ensure potential and relevant manpower.

• Compliance with ESI & PF and documentation needed for it.

• Ensuring documentation for HR audits.

• Solving day to day problems faced in the factory.

• Smooth functioning of whole factory and taking care of all the issues relating to human resources.

• Attendance management of the factory on-roll, off-roll.

• Making policies and procedure of HR related functions.

Qualification & skills:

• Hands on experience of 5 years in HR in manufacturing unit.

• Post graduate degree in relevant area.

• Inter-personal skills.

• Analytical skills.

• Problem solving skills.

• Self - motivated person

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹+,003.7+ - ₹35,000.00 per month
