Job Description
Full-time, Individual Contributor
1. Role Purpose
To own the complete physical infrastructure of BFPL — from setting up new branches end-to-end within timelines, to maintaining all existing branch facilities in fully operational condition.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. New Branch Setup (Primary Mandate — End-to-End Ownership)
Own the full branch setup lifecycle — from shortlisted location to operational, fit-out-ready branch
Evaluate and finalise locations on facility / site parameters (space, layout suitability, power, safety, accessibility)
