Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative functions and facility services are covered, as well as striving for continuous improvement in processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize facilities needs and work with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.
• Maintain stock levels and materials to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct daily meetings with floor admins, meeting end users, line managers, and directors for feedback on improvement areas.
• Perform daily rounds to ensure facilities are in good condition.
• Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports on timeline.
• Follow up with vendors to remove scrap on time and manage manpower reports.
• Synchronize biometrics and check tools with tech executives on site for site-specific snags.

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of facilities, building, and property operations.
• Degree or diploma in hotel management or related field.
• Graduate with building management experience and at least 3-5 years of experience in facilities management.
