Anabas is a dynamic and forward-thinking national Facilities Management company. We specialise in supporting corporate office occupiers who are looking to create exceptional workplace experiences for their staff and visitors.

We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Assistant to join our team and ensure the highest standards of service across our client sites. This full-time role is client-facing and will require a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Location:Central London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: 28,000 per annum
Closing Date: 13 August 2025

About the Role

As a Facilities Assistant, you will play a vital part in the day-to-day running of the workplace, ensuring a seamless five-star service experience for everyone onsite. You will take ownership of your responsibilities, work closely with clients, and support the wider facilities team.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of your designated area, delivering outstanding service and support to client teams

Support your team and contribute to a high standard of workplace experience

Ensure operational excellence across all service lines within your remit

Report monthly statistics and updates for your area

Remain flexible and proactive, supporting additional tasks when required

Maintain a client-focused, responsive approach at all times

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in a similar Facilities or Hospitality role

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

A proactive attitude with a focus on customer service

Ability to adapt and respond to dynamic workplace needs

Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Training will be provided to help you succeed in this position.
