Primary Job Description
• To discuss with account managers create Paid media strategy for clients.
• To Meet Performance marketing targets.
• To Vet all the Ad accounts & performance strategies of clients.
• To vet the ideas and creatives brought forward by the client teams to make them viable, feasible, and desirable for execution.
• To do the review meetings of all PM executives.
• To assign the right talent to the right project.
• Hire talent that fits the targeted idea & result first approach
• To train the Executives to be self-managing and to fit the culture of blusteak.
Secondary Job Description
• Audit the AD accounts, raise concerns to the respective account manager, and ask for a solution.
• To have regular upsell meetings with account managers to upsell the clients' new Platforms
• To help with landing new clients by helping out on the pitch.
• To make sure there are entries for Impact campaigns from the performance team
Experience: 3 to 5years
salary: Negotiable
