Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients on Upwork to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our Upwork profile and attract high-quality leads.
- Create and submit compelling proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor Upwork trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution and client communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Upwork and a track record of successful project acquisition.
- Excellent proposal writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Upwork’s platform, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is a plus.
