Job Description
We are looking for a mature and responsible candidate who can speak Cantonese or Mandarin. The job entails pre-testing of patients through the use of various machines (training will be provided) and providing good customer service to patients, helping them select their eyewear, performing minor eyewear adjustments and repairs, processing sales and insurance billings. Responsibilities include keeping the clinic clean and safe at all times.
The candidate must have strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and who is willing to work hard with a team in a very busy environment. Some assets for this position would include having any previous customer service experience and optical knowledge.
