Position - Export Sales Manager
Job Description
• Preparation of proforma invoice as per customer order.
• Give product information, pricing, technical details, application etc.
• Customer service and communication.
• Marketing sales, knowledge of terms, payment terms, shipping terms, product knowledge, quality control, packing and pricing calculation
• Identify new business opportunities in the different marketsand achieve assigned sales targets as per annual objectives.
• Establish/build effective relationships with existing clients in the exportmarket.
• To meet with clients to support and grow sales volume.
• Provide leadership and guidance to our customer service, planning and logistics teams to ensure that customers receive their appropriate shipments.
• Attend international exhibitions/trade showsand meetings.
• Work to develop new business and growth opportunities.
• Investigate new sales opportunities and actively solicit business from potential customers.
• Utilize in-depth industry knowledge to build credibility and become a trusted advisor with customers.
• Knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies, labelling systems, transportation and payment laws are followed.
• Negotiate and monitor export rates and services to reduce operating costs and increase profitability.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and look to find winning solutions.
