Job Description
Elixir Extracts Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Export Sales Professional dedicated exclusively to expanding our footprint in the United States B2B market.
In this role, you will drive the business development, strategic positioning, and sales of our premium, unbranded, clinically backed standardized botanical extracts and phytochemicals.
Your target audience will include major US-based nutraceutical brands, functional food and beverage manufacturers, dietary supplement players, and cosmetics innovators. You will leverage Elixirs ***** portfoliofeaturing high-purity ingredients like 95-98% Curcuminoids,
1 0-12% Withanolides, and 65-80% Boswellic acidto secure long-term contract manufacturing and raw material supply agreements.
1. US Market Business Development & Pipeline Growth
Identify, target, and secure new B2B clients across the United States (Nutraceutical, Dietary Supplement, and Functional Ingredient sectors).
Strategically pitch our unbranded portfolio of high-value standardized extracts, mapping our accurate active marker concentrations to client formulation needs.
Manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation, cold outreach, and virtual presentations to sampling, commercial negotiation, and closing accounts.
2. Client Management & Clinical Value Selling
Position Elixirs extracts by effectively communicating our technical competitive edges, including our clinical trials, strict quality control standards, and exact active profiles (e.g., our 12-16% Volatile Oil Chamomile or 55-60% Saponin Shatawari).
Act as the key point of contact for US clients, coordinating with our in-house QC, NPD, and Regulatory teams to provide required technical data packages, dossiers, and custom specifications.
Nurture key accounts to ensure repeat business, optimal forecasting, and account growth.
3. Compliance, Logistics & Market Intelligence
Ensure deep alignment with US regulatory and trade frameworks, partnering with our compliance team to clear US FDA requirements, FSMA guidelines, and customs documentation.
Monitor US market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging ingredient demands to feed valuable insights back to Elixir's NPD team.
Represent Elixir Extracts Ltd. at major international industry trade shows (e.g., SupplySide West, Expo West).
Qualifications & Experience Education
Minimum: Bachelors degree in International Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology.
Preferred: MBA in International Marketing or a related business domain. Experience
610+ years of proven B2B export sales experience, with a minimum of 3+ years dedicated specifically to the US Market .
Demonstrated history of selling standardized botanical extracts, phytochemicals, herbal raw materials, or bulk nutraceutical ingredients to US buyers.
An active, established network of procurement contacts and formulation scientists within the US dietary supplement or wellness industry is highly advantageous.
