• Role*
Lead MEJOR’s export growth for disposable foodservice products. You’ll open new markets, manage distributors, and turn MEJOR’s earth-positive products into the default choice for overseas buyers.
• What you’ll own*
• Markets*: Identify and enter new export geographies. Build pipeline from GCC, Africa, SEA, EU, and North America.
• Revenue*: Hit annual export targets for volumes and margins across cups, containers, plates, packaging, and other disposables.
- *Accounts*: Manage distributor and B2B relationships end to end. Negotiate contracts, pricing, MOQs, and payment terms.
- *Compliance*: Coordinate HS codes, certifications, packaging norms, and shipping docs so orders clear smoothly.
- *Product*: Share buyer feedback with product team to adapt specs, sizes, and sustainable materials for each region.
- *Forecast*: Own monthly forecasts, inventory planning with production, and post-shipment follow up.
• What we’re looking for*
- 5+ years in export sales for FMCG, packaging, or foodservice disposables. Manufacturing background preferred.
- Proven track record opening new countries and scaling distributor networks.
- Strong grasp of Incoterms, LC/TT payments, and export documentation.
- Comfortable selling on product performance + sustainability story, not just price.
- Fluent English. Additional language like Arabic, French, or Spanish is a plus.
- Willing to travel 30-40% for trade fairs, client visits, and factory audits.
