The Import Export Administrative Assistant/Shipping Assistant is responsible for providing assistance and to liaise with customers . He/She works together with the logistics operators and customs to plan and track shipments, and ensure goods are cleared through customs.

The main responsibility of an Export and Import Manager is to foresee the movement of goods between the home country and other countries . Managers should manage the import coming to the home country as well as exporting of goods going out of the home country along with the general duties at the office.

Responsible for keeping all shipping manifests matched up with customs paperwork in the proper files . Assisted in contacting various shipping authorities and making proper international shipping arrangements.
