Job Description
SAS FREIGHT FORWARDERS PVT. LTD. is hiring Export Operations Executive/ Senior Export Operations Executive for Jaipur Head office.
No. Of Position: 2-3
Preferred Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Timing: Day shift
Skills: EXPORT OPERATION, EXPORT DOCUMENTATION
Salary CTC: 3lakhs to 3.50 Lakhs
Language: English and Hindi
Experience: Candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of experience
Skill : Strong Knowledge of excel and MS office
Job Summary: Responsible to carry out Export documentation and operation & should have strong communication Education: Bachelor degree in Commerce /Business administration
Job Role
Ø Filling Shipping Instruction with line.
Ø Maintain Data entry, track the status and reports for Export Operations.
Ø Verification of pre shipment export documents including Purchase orders , draft invoice , packing list etc Ø Handle Corporate Clients and Accounts on daily basis.
Ø Getting Checklist prepared and getting it checked with clients.
Ø Processing export documentation, Duty Drawback , VGM, ICE GATE, ODEX, Form 13, knowledge of other export incentive schemes.
Ø Preparing the Invoice to Clients.
Ø Knowledge on Documents and Certificates requirements for Export.
Ø Reporting days for clearances ,delay with reasons , detention demurrage paid with reasons. Ø Handling the entire Job requirements for export Shipments like placing bookings with shipping lines, taking rates, filing Shipping Instruction both on-line and off-line.
Ø Knowledge of Shipping Bill.
Ø HSN determination for various goods.
Ø Capable of handling export process single handedly
