Job Description
Export Assistant – Pharma Industry
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of Pre shipment (Custom clearance documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Export Value Declaration, Non HAZ Etc.& Post shipment Documentation AIR/SEA.
2. To handle CIF, FOB & L/C Shipments
3. To give approval of Checklist.
4. Coordination with CHA, Freight Forwarder & Shipping Agents regarding shipments.
5. Vessels and airline booking with Forwarder for Shipment.
6. Preparation of E-way Bill for Shipment.
7. Following up with Forwarder for ETD, ETA & Checking B/L & AWB Draft.
8. Original Documents Set dispatching to buyer through emails after receipt of BL & courier the same in due course & ******** the buyer accordingly.
+. Online application of Certificate of Origin through Bombay Chamber of Commerce Portal.
10. To apply for an Insurance Policy for CIF shipments.
11. To apply GSTP/AIFTA/PHYTO SANITARY Etc Certification as per buyer requirement.
12. Maintaining shipment record in Excel Sheet/Export Register.
13. Maintaining & Updating AIR PARCEL EXCEL SHEETS.
14. Preparation of Bank Set of documents.
15. Co-ordination with the Bank and internal team for the completion of related work (like E-BRC, EDPMS etc.).
16. Checking BRC, Shipping Bill status, EGM status on ICEGATE & DGFT Site.
17. Following up with Consultant for pending Drawback & ROSL.
18. Preparation of excel sheet for MEIS License Application & submit the same to a Consultant.
1+. Checking Freight Bill & informing Accounts Team to release payment & inform the same.
Job Requirements:

03. Preparing PO, PI, Invoice, Packing List, EVD Declaration, Non HAZ , AWB, BL,CMR
04. CIF, FOB & L/C Shipments.

Job Types : Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Working Days : Mon - Sat (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Education : Any stream graduate with at least 1 to 3 years of Experience in Export Handling
Graduation is mandatory
All candidates should possess excellent computer & English communication skills
Minimum 1-3 years of work experience is preferred and knowledge of the mentioned Work Profile is mandatory.
Candidates residing in Western Railway Line OR Metro Lines only should apply.
