We are looking for a highly skilled Experiential Event Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for bringing our events to life by coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and collaborating with our broadcast team.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Managing event logistics, including load-in schedules and onsite staffing
SUPPORTING our broadcast producers in the development of content and production plans
Assisting with pre-production and on-site execution, ensuring seamless delivery of experiential events
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in event and/or broadcast production
Proven on-site event operations and experiential expertise
Exceptional project management, organizational, and time management skills
The ability to prioritize tasks, meet multiple deadlines, and work under pressure
Benefits: Competitive hourly rate ($40-$50)
