Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate tow trucks and deck trucks in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Perform private property enforcement towing, vehicle recoveries, and transportation services.
• Secure vehicles and equipment using proper loading and tie-down procedures.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness.
• Accurately complete electronic tow notifications, reports, and required documentation.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, property managers, and team members.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service while representing the company in a professional manner.
• Comply with all safety policies, provincial regulations, and traffic laws.
Qualifications
• Valid driver's licence with a clean five-year driver's abstract.
• Criminal Record Check required.
• Previous experience operating a tow truck or deck/flatbed truck is preferred.
• Strong understanding of safe towing practices and vehicle securement.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and electronic reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and on-call shifts as required.
Experience
• Minimum 1 year of Tow truck or deck truck operation.
• Commercial driving experience is considered an asset.
Candidates with relevant commercial driving experience who are interested in building a career in the towing industry are encouraged to apply. Training may be provided to the right individual.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
