Experienced Server

Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately and efficiently.
Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with grace and professionalism.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas and server stations.
Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene.
Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting required.
Valid AGLC ProServe Certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine pairings.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
