About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity to launch or advance your sales career as a Senior Sales Officer. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, maintaining existing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
• To achieve sales targets by conducting daily calls with potential clients.
• To provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
• To maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
• To collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• To stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Conversion rate: Achieve a minimum conversion rate of 10%.
• Sales calls per day: Conduct at least 50 sales calls per day.
• Average ticket size: Maintain an average ticket size of Rs. 3.5 lakhs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
