Your role:
We are looking for an experienced, sales-driven, White Collar recruiter to join as a senior member of the Accounting team in Brisbane CBD. You will focus on Qualified Accounting roles, working closely with C-level Executives and Managers across various industries. You can enjoy ownership over your desk, working on retaining established clients and new client acquisition.
How your day will look:
Build on relationships with Randstad's established clients
Establish and develop your own business and relationships
Achieve individual revenue targets and KPIs
360 end to end recruitment on a dual desk

You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant in the Accounting sector (or a similar industry) with a proven track record in hitting and over achieving targets. To be successful in this role you must be self motivated, outcome focused and self confident. You will be strategic minded, have exceptional communication skills and be a resilient person who thrives on challenges.
