We’re Hiring: Experienced Dental Receptionist
Komal Jain Dentistry is looking for a dental receptionist with a minimum 1 year of Canadian dental clinic experience to join our team.
Requirements (Must-Have):
Minimum 1 year Canadian dental receptionist experience
Proficient in dental software (must)
Strong experience in outreach calls, booking patients, and handling leads
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Answering calls and managing patient inquiries
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Outreach to existing patients and new leads
Insurance verification and billing coordination
Managing patient records and front desk operations
General administrative and clinic support duties
Important:
❗ Do not apply if you do not have Canadian dental receptionist experience. Applications without relevant experience will be rejected.
Bonus:
Dental assisting experience is an asset Location: Mississauga Join a fast-growing, patient-focused clinic
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
