As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing world-class customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; instead, you will be working with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve their insurance-related inquiries. • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, ensuring that our clients receive a world-class experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries related to our insurance policies
• Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to resolve issues and meet client needs
• Maintain regular and timely attendance, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and efficient service
• Make decisions, problem-solve, and hold to an ethical standard, upholding the arenaflex values and principles
• Manage individual stress and composure, maintaining a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• *Requirements**
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Designated space and internet capability to work from home
• Ability to pass a background check
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
• 2 years of customer service experience
