Job Details
We are looking for a confident commercial litigator with 10+ years of experience who thrives in managing cases from inception to trial. You will work within our litigation group, handling a variety of cases that require strong analytical, problem-solving, and client management skills. First-chair experience is essential, as is the ability to manage both the legal strategy and client relationships effectively. Candidates must be able to travel to courts predominantly in Northern California, with occasional travel to other regions in the state. This opportunity also offers flexibility in title and compensation based on experience, with a clear path for both associates and counsel.
