Architectural Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with architectural and interior layouts, as well as proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Main Responsibilities:
• Drafting architectural floor plans for new projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and design team specifications.
• Creating and updating initial floor plan layouts for new projects.
• Modifying and updating floor plans based on customer feedback and senior team input.
• Designing 2D drawings for various architectural elements, including kitchen layouts, woodwork/furniture layouts, and false ceilings.
• Handling 3D modeling and rendering for interior and architecture projects.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure design and project execution align with overall goals.

Key Requirements:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and CorelDraw.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and floor planning.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience in handling interior architecture projects.
• A degree in Architecture or a related field.
