Job Description
Mantra Softech are searching for an experienced Exim Executive who can Coordination with Logistic , Shipping Lines for import/explore shipments and Company end to end EXPORT PROCESS AND DISPATCH. Who can manage all import & export related documents
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Advance Authorization ( DFIA)
2. EPCG (Export Promotion Capital Goods)
3. MEIS (Merchandise Exports from India Scheme)
4. SEIS (Service Export from India Scheme)
5. RoSCTL (Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies )
6. SION (Standard Input/Output nomenclature)
7. EOU ( Export oriented units) Benefit and schemes
8. E-BRC (Electronic Bank Realization Certificate)
+. RCMC (Registration Cum Membership Certificate)
10. Phyto Certificate
11. Coo ( Certificate of origin)
12. Import forwarding and clearance
13. Export forwarding and clearance
14. Re-Export process of Defective goods / Re-Import process of Defective Goods
15. Incoterms
16. SCOMET (Special Chemicals, Organism, Materials, Equipment and Technologies)
Key Performance Indicators
1. Excellent Verbal & written communication skills.
2. She/He should be able to work under pressure with multi tasking capability..
3. Material Planning
4. Accuracy in documentation
5. Co-ordination with Forwarders/CHA/transporters
Required Skills
· Candidate Must have 2+ years experience in manage all import & export related documents.
· Experience of handling of both Air/Sea shipments.
· Have knowledge of Certificate of origin and related documentation required.
· Communicate with export and import related authorities, customers and suppliers in all relevant territories and countries to ensure efficient import export activity
