Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Unit People Partner to be part of Central HR operations team, She/He would be accountable with end to end Location HR Generalist/Operations role, and You'll play critical role to coordinate with the Central Hr teams , Business teams to complete the day to day deliverables.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on, deep domain expertise managing End to end life cycle of HR Generalist/HR operation activities as per the appropriate timeframes, should've exposure of handling stakeholders.
Location: Ahmedabad
Designation: Unit People Partner
Responsibilities:
• Onboarding Process management from Candidate's offer accepted stage till successfully onboarding stage.
• Employee queries management, manage queries of employee's related to HR Process.
• HR Operations role, Employee profile data update, track and update long absence, unauthorized absence cases to the corporate compliance Team.
• Successfully manage Stakeholder communication.
• Update daily dashboards and Ad Hoc requests as per the corporate office.
• Employee engagement activities according to the events calendar.
• Exit process management and assist employees on the F&F clearance.
Skills & Qualifications
• Expert in Excel & reporting
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• MS Office skills
