Job Description
Job Title: Executive - Utility Electromechanical
Objective of the job: Ensuring uninterrupted supply of utility services by effective maintenance practices like safety, statutory compliances, budgeting, energy and environment management system. The role requires to achieve machine availability.
Key Technologies: Auto CAD, Project Management, Resource Consumption and Cost Analysis
Key Responsibility Area:
Review of maintenance schedule and identify the root cause of failure.
Training to the engineering personnel and implement the maintenance manual at shop floor. Proposing the capex budget along with user department after making plans.
Critical Spare Management.
Meeting utility cost targets.
100% machine availability.
Adherence to all legal compliance.
Machine SOPs and Audits.
Routine Activities:
Review of the maintenance schedule.
Implementation of suitable corrective action and preventive action.
Review of the engineering personnel day to day activity.
100% Compliance to Preventive and Predictive Maintenance schedule
100% adherence to Annual maintenance schedule for various Equipment's
100% adherence to time schedule for execution of assigned project.
100% Compliance with engineering standards, Statutory.
Self- assessment of the process to be done to ensure compliance.
Update of manual with best practice by change management processes.
Regular check to ensure compliance.
What You Bring:
Preferred Education: B. Tech/B. E Mechanical
Relevant Experience: 2-5 Years
