Job Description:
Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre in Rohini, Delhi, is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Quality to join our team. As an Executive Quality, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety by overseeing and improving the quality management systems within the institute.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance programs and initiatives. You will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on quality performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and education to staff on quality assurance and improvement practices.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Monitor patient feedback and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and care quality.
• Coordinate with external agencies for quality audits and inspections.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare quality standards and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in quality management in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
