Executive Pastry Chef Tanviz

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bakery operations, including production planning and execution.
Prepare and supervise the production of breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked items.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all products.
Develop new recipes, menus, and seasonal offerings.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in the bakery.
Manage inventory, ordering of raw materials, and vendor coordination.
Control food cost, minimize wastage, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Train, guide, and supervise bakery staff.
Ensure timely production and delivery to outlets as per requirement.
Coordinate with operations and management for smooth functioning.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or Executive Chef in a reputed bakery or hotel.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
